Vince and Associates Clinical Research was created as a research and development
center with strong capabilities in sleep research, designed primarily to provide
later stage pharmaceutical research services for the pharmaceutical industry. It
has become one of the premier U.S. clinical research sites for late stage studies
specializing in central nervous system research, a rapidly growing segment in biopharmaceutical
research, along with other challenging therapeutic areas including psychiatry, women's
health, vaccines, pulmonary, infectious disease and metabolic disorders.
In 2006 Vince and Associates Clinical Research formally expanded its services to
offer early stage clinical research to the industry, providing much sought after
access to its patient databases for incorporation into Phase I/IIa protocols, along
with the traditional healthy normal clinical trials.
In 2008 Vince and Associates Clinical Research completed a financial restructuring
in which Gryphon Investors retained ownership and provided a strong financial foundation
to support continued growth and additional full service options from Synteract,
VACR's sister organization.
Today, this privately-held organization serves the clinical research needs of the
biotechnology, consumer health and pharmaceutical industries. The success of Vince
and Associates Clinical Research is attributed to great science and effective teamwork
among its employees, who are committed to providing the right patients for the right
clinical trials with unparalleled data quality and client services.
